- 5 / 5By Antonia FarrThis is easily my outright favourite cafe in Margate. The food is fresh and homemade with a wonderful balance of healthy and yet fully indulgent treats that are fairy priced. I am also impressed that gluten free, vegan and vegetarians choices are possible plus a huge choice of heavenly hot or cold drinks. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable with sofas as well as table seating. Books to read and free wi-Fi. The staff are so friendly too. My visits to Margate wouldn't be complete without eating at Proper CoffeeDecember 23, 2016
